I spent years chasing the right answers. Turns out I was asking the wrong questions. And I wasn't alone.

Observations

For most of my life, I did what I was supposed to do. I worked hard, set goals, hit milestones. From the outside, it looked like success. But inside, something felt hollow. I was optimizing a life I never actually chose.

The turning point

The shift didn’t come from a breakthrough or a big revelation. It came quietly—watching my dog sit perfectly still, completely at peace with the moment. No anxiety about tomorrow. No regret about yesterday. Just presence. I realized I had never once experienced that.

A philosophy of dogs

Dogs don’t overthink. They don’t people-please. They don’t carry stories about who they’re supposed to be. They just are. “Be the Dog” became more than a phrase—it became a practice. A daily reminder to stop performing and start being.

What came next

SuccessDog started as a personal experiment. A place to document the unlearning process. It grew into something bigger—a community of people who are done pretending and ready to live with more honesty, clarity, and self-trust. If that resonates, you’re already one of us.

Flow Transforms Life: From Struggle To Success, Peace And Purpose

Hi! For a lot of my life, I could never figure out why some people were successful while others couldn’t succeed at all, no matter how hard they tried. Likewise, I could never figure out how to live a life without worry, anxiety, stress and, worst of all, fear.
That all changed when I discovered something called flow — basically understanding your core self first, and then tackling whatever life throws at you. Flow changed my life and has for a lot of my clients over the years.
Looking back, I am truly shocked at how much time, effort, and definitely money I spent not understanding my flow. For example, I was stressed for half my college undergrad years (almost to the point of panic attacks) as I forced myself to take business classes that I hated. It wasn’t until I inadvertently found my flow (writing) that everything, well, flowed.
When I first started teaching about flow, I realised there was a problem. People were having a hard time grasping the concept. Then the answer was sitting right in front of me (and asking to be taken for a walk). My dog was living her life in flow, as was every animal!

Why Dogs Are the Perfect Teachers

Outside of some external influence (firecrackers, not wanting to go to the vet), dogs don’t normally spend their time worrying, anxious, fearful, or the rest. They just do what makes them their most successful at any given moment.
Once I started teaching about flow via dog examples, people ‘got it’ right away. Today, my life’s purpose is to reach as many people as possible with the concept of flow since it can be so transformative.
